Use this when COROS emailed you a bulk history package and you need GPX for backup or another platform.
Guide
COROS bulk export → GPX
COROS bulk historical export typically delivers FIT or TCX by email — convert that zip locally to GPX.
1. Request a bulk export
In COROS Training Hub (web), request a bulk export of historical activity data. COROS usually delivers the package by email.
2. What you receive
A zip with many .fit and/or .tcx files. There is usually no Strava-style activities.csv or Garmin DI_CONNECT layout.
Naming often comes from file names and FIT/TCX timestamps rather than a rich metadata table.
3. Convert on TrackConvert
Drop the zip into Convert archives. Choose Backup as GPX (or Komoot / Garmin destination as needed), optionally enable privacy trim, then convert and download.
(Screenshots of this step can be added here later.)
4. Import or back up — watch these limits
GPX works for most destinations. If you later upload to Strava, respect Strava’s per-batch file count and size limits.
Keep the original COROS zip as a backup alongside the converted GPX pack.
5. Privacy trim tips
Trim start and end before sharing routes that begin or end at home.
About 200 meters each end is a reasonable default; increase for rural roads or long approach paths.
6. Skips and failures you may see
Files without GPS points are skipped with a reason in the report.
Mixed FIT/TCX in one zip is fine — TrackConvert converts what it can and reports the rest.
